MR BLACKS takes care to pack purchases well before dispatch. If goods arrive at their destination faulty or damaged, you must notify MR BLACKS within 2 days of the delivery being signed for.
You can contact MR BLACKS by email firstname.lastname@example.org. Faulty or damaged goods will be replaced or refunded.
MR BLACKS will exchange or refund undamaged items within 30 days of purchase as long as the product is returned in its original condition and packing together with proof of purchase in the form of tax invoice/receipt. MR BLACKS will not refund delivery charges for incorrect choice and products are to be returned to MR BLACKS at the customer’s own cost and risk. Goods should be returned to:
