Delivery policy

Your purchase will be delivered via Australia Post registered mail service or courier service. Delivery is during normal business hours. Goods must be signed for upon delivery. If this can not occur a card will be left advising how the goods can be collected. We make every effort to dispatch your goods within 1 – 10 days. Occasionally goods may be out of stock. You will be contacted via email if there is a delay beyond this time-frame.Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you.

Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.

Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is placed and includes a 24-36 hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse.

We work closely with our shipping partner to minimize the potential impact of custom delays on our international customers

International shipping is charged on a flat rate basis, regardless of the weight of your parcel.

Standard  delivery services are available for most of the countries that we ship to.

Tracking is available international standard deliveries and on all  deliveries worldwide.

Shipping will be automatically calculated at the checkout page when both the delivery destination and service option is selected.
The summary of delivery timescales and cost are as follows:

When you place an order, we suggest you have it delivered to a work address rather than a home address, as our couriers only deliver between 9am and 5pm, and may require a signature on receipt.Your order will be dispatched via the most suitable carrier, depending on size and weight.

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

Once your parcel has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures.

If you aren’t available when your parcel is delivered, the delivery driver will leave a calling card with instructions on how to pick it up.
